Should PA or SPR provide "Details of Military Service" - IMM 5546?

NO!

Country Specific Requirements (CSR) forms are only to be filled by PA and 18 above DEP's because they are ONLY included under PA's forms list, not Both. SPR do NOT have to provide any details for CSR forms. If both Sponsor and Principal Applicant's information are required in forms, they would place this form under "BOTH SPONSOR & PRINCIPAL APPLICANT".

In Document Checklist IMM 5533, scroll to Page 7 of 10 and look into 4. POLICE CERTIFICATES & CLEARANCE section. They ask for Military Service here. If you do not have any Military Background, you DO NOT have to submit this form.

IMM 5562 and IMM 5536 are ONLY included under PA's forms list, not Both. Therefore, it must ONLY be filled by PA and only PA's information is required.

You do not even have to mention this form under CSR if you (PA and/or 18+ DEP) have no Military Background.
