If one or more days have passed since the order has been shipped, check with STG via side conversation and provide the AS400 order # plus tracking and inquire if it’s the same tracking number the shipment was shipped under.
Most cases it isn’t but if it is send the macro "FedEx :: Briggs Label Created No Movement".
