If your luggage is in need of repair beyond the DIY option, you can send or bring your bag to one of our authorized repair centers that are located throughout the world.
Find a repair center near you and contact them before bringing or shipping your bag to discuss the details of your repair.
Customer(s) may take or ship their bag to Briggs & Riley authorized repair center near them. They will repair the bag at no cost to you and a repair number is not required.
We recommend that they contact the repair center to discuss the nature of their repair prior to bringing their bag to the center.

Authorized Briggs & Riley International Repair centers will contact Yvan when a bag is unrepairable. Unauthorized repair centers will not.
We will need to get the style and serial number, photos of the damage, the customer's shipping address, contact information, and the name of the customer, and a repair number will need to be created.
Create a side conversation with Yvan and refer to the ticket number so he can take a look at the photos and the issue.
For Canadian repairs, we can recommend they ship their bag to either Weston Luggage or Luggage Town. These repair centers do extensive repairs and will communicate back to Yvan if the bag is unrepairable.
US repair centers will either ship the bag to our main repair center on behalf of the customer and charge them or give the customer their bag and let them contact us.
If the customer has the bag, they can create an RA and have the bag shipped to us.
