There is no specific patch for the HTA collection. However, the Baseline patch will work with the HTA bags.
Frames are not included with the patches. They will need to be sent by us from CO 90 Loc 001 using account number 016960. Reach out to team members in Teams for the part number or send Janea Jarrell a side conversation to inquire about the part.
We only send frames if they get torn off or the screws are missing. Always send the whole kit. We do not send a new frame kit if it is just scratched.
If a customer purchased an item from our online store and forgot to add the monogram, we can add it if the order is in OPEN. If it is in PICK or SHIPPED, we can do a no-charge order for the patch separately. We use account # 0889728, CO 01 in Loc 001 to create the order. Always remember to do [F8] to add the initials after you add the item, or it will send a blank patch.
Complimentary monogramming is only offered on supported items purchased through our online store at briggs-riley.com. Not Costco, not Amazon nor Retailer or any 3rd party service. These customers will need to purchase the patch separately. See macro "Monogram :: Briggs Retail Purchase of bag".
If we monogram a customer's bag with the wrong initials, we do a no charge order using account # 0889728, CO 01 in Loc 001.

There are 2 smart link straps, one for our discontinued Baseline bags and one for the 2022 newer ones that are on the website.
There is also the smart link hook that can only be used with the newer Baseline bags.
Always get the style # of the bag and check in AS400 for the correct strap it uses. Never assume!
All smart link straps are designed to carry smaller bags like the under seat cabin bags. They rely on the weight of the second bag and gravity to hold it in place. They were previously sewn in on the older models but are now designed this way to allow easy removal of the strap and second bag especially during boarding. When the strap is not in use, it is recommended to remove it and store it in the pocket. Watch the video below for demonstration.
Smart link straps are only included with the purchase of the newer Baseline carry-on and checked bags from the online store. If it’s missing from a 3rd party purchase such as Amazon, they will need to contact Amazon.
The smart link straps are covered under warranty only if they're damaged. We will send them a new one using account # 0889728, CO 01 in Loc 001. If they lost it then unfortunately, they would need to purchase one.
There are 2 model for this locks, ACC-W14 (Metal) & ACC-W15 (Plastic).
Instructions on how to set the combination can be found in the website FAQ under Product Troubleshooting - How to set your TSA combination lock (styles ACC-W14, ACC-W15).
Locks do not have a master reset code, nor can they be sent to us to be reset. If they have forgotten the combination, they can try taking it to a locksmith or purchase a new one from the website.
If the customer is having issues with setting the combination after following the instructions or the lock is faulty, we can send them a new one using account # 0889728, CO 01 in Loc 001.
This is the name and address card that is inserted into a small slit pocket mainly at the back.
This is sold on the website but if a customer is requesting it, we can take their name and address and have it mailed to them. Reach out to Katherine Jordan via side conversation and provide her the information so she can have it mailed.
The Treksafe covers are designed for the Briggs & Riley Sympatico and Torq® Carry-On Spinner (Domestic and International).
The covers can fit the new Baseline bags, but the handle cut outs are not aligned for it and are a bit off centered. Customers can contact a local retailer in their area to inquire about generic luggage covers that may be available for the style of their bag.
Luggage covers are not covered under warranty and cannot be repaired.
If the cover has been damaged on the first or second use, we can send a replacement even if it was bought from Amazon or any other 3rd party store. However, discretion is needed depending on how the item was damaged.
