When submitting a repair, the customer has the option to purchase a discounted shipping label from us.
The customer will need to select the box on the form that says “Purchase a FedEx shipping repair label” before submitting the
form. If they don’t do this, they will not get the option to buy the label through us.
Customers can use one shipping to send out multiple items as long as they pay for the biggest item and they can fit the item inside the bigger item. Each returned item needs its own RA# generated from the website.
We can generate a shipping label for customers.
Ask the customer for their RA#.

Place the ticket on hold and reach out to Janea to generate the label.
Send the label that Janea will provide to the customer.
