Inquire to Janea regarding parts that cannot be located by looking up the item. Always look up the item first in AS400 then the parts.
P parts are just parts per piece and doesn't include screws or instructions but always read the description cause some may say it is already a pair. You can send screws together with the P part by utilizing the F5 function and leave a comment to include screws.
ACC parts are full DIY repair kits with screws and instructions included.

Repair kits are not covered under warranty and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Repair kits are shipped with instructions.
Always confirm the style number of their bag and check the corresponding repair kit before sending or advising which kit to get.

We do make exceptions and send kits for free if a custom is in disagreement. Here are a few:
The customer insists on not paying for the kit.
The customer is located outside of the US.
They have several of our pieces.
They keep pushing back and arguing.
We have inconvenienced them in some way. For example, if the string zipper pulls are no longer made, we will send a zipper kit at no charge.
Some parts may not be available as a repair kit. Most of these parts would require the bag to be sent in to be repaired and tested by our repair team. At times, a customer will argue why we can’t send them these parts. If they continue to be persistent in a demanding way, get the style and serial number of their bag and let them know you will check and call back. Reach out to Yvan via side conversation and provide the bag information, what part is needed, and if it's something that can be sent to the customer because they are being difficult.

Please note that the cost associated with the [ITEM] kit is to cover the shipping and handling fees of the DIY kit. When there is a need for a repair on a B&R bag as noted in our warranty (please see image) the owner of the bag is responsible for the cost of shipping the bag back to us. In lieu of incurring the cost of shipping the entire bag back to us for repair, we did come up with DIY repair kits so that our customers would not have to send in the bag and incur a large freight cost. As noted above the cost of the kit is to cover our shipping and handling cost of the kit and reimbursement of this cost would not apply.
