Please return the bag back to where you purchased it from. Please note that the bag cannot be returned to Briggs & Riley for a credit.
If you do not want to return the bag from where you purchased it from our Customer Experience team will process a repair order for you. In addition ,the Customer Experience team will issue a return label for the bag. Once our repair team receives it ; we will reset the lock and the bag will be sent back to you. If you would like to utilize this option please advise and we will start the repair process.

You may return the bag for a full refund. If you would like to return the bag, please let us know and we will process a return authorization for you and a return label. Please ensure that the tags are still on the bag. Once your bag is received and inspected, your credit card will be credited for the price of the bag and any applicable taxes.
Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed once received. Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customer’s records. It can take anywhere from one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
If you do not want to return the bag our Customer Experience team will process a repair order for you. This process includes issuing a return label for the bag. Once our repair team receives it ; we will reset the lock and then the bag will be sent back out to you. If you would like to utilize this option please advise and we will start the repair process.

They can also submit a repair request. They will be responsible for the cost of shipping the bag to us.

1. Take your bag to a local locksmith
2. Enter a repair request on our website for service to your bag. Once we receive the bag we will reset the lock and then send the bag back out to you. The repair link is below.
