Inquire to Janea regarding parts that cannot be located by looking up the item. Always look up the item first in AS400 then the parts.
P parts are just parts per piece and doesn't include screws or instructions but always read the description cause some may say it is already a pair. You can send screws together with the P part by utilizing the F5 function and leave a comment to include screws.
ACC parts are full DIY repair kits with screws and instructions included.
If the parts are sewn onto the bag, it needs to come in.
If the part is screwed on, we can most likely send the item.
If we're charging the customer for the part, create the order and send Janea a side conversation with the order number and she will create the payment link for the customer.
Always ask the customer for photos of the damaged part(s).
