Finally, you can have us take care of your bag for you. If your bag needs some extra TLC or care, we recommend sending it directly to one of Briggs & Riley’s Official Company Repair Centers. To do so, create a repair authorization number (RA). You can obtain an RA number here.

They can purchase a discounted shipping label directly from us. Just check the “Purchase a repair shipping label” box at the bottom of the form. Shipping labels are non-refundable.
If the customer cannot locate the tag on their bag, advise them to enter '9' five times in the style number field to proceed.
They’ll be given an RA number immediately, as well as the address to ship their bag.
Drop off their item(s) at the nearest FedEx center to them.
This service is for US residents only. For any Canada and international customer(s), please call customer service.
It may take approximately 2-3 weeks for the repair and return of item(s).
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping their bag to us, however, we will return the favor and ship their bag back to them free of charge.
Remove any power banks from your bag before you send it to us.
If the customer is in the Hauppauge, NY, area and would prefer to drop off their bag for repair have them first submit a repair request on the website.
They can then bring their bag and their printed repair form to our facility at 400 Wireless Blvd, Hauppauge, NY 11788.
Use the door at the east side of the building (when facing the front of the building, on the right side). A team member will be happy to accept the bag and paperwork here.

As of recent, we have begun sending bags to our California repair center to be repaired. Going forward, when checking a repair, please be sure to check what location the bag is in for repair.

Only repairs generated on the website will go to California, please do not create a repair to send to California without approval from Yvan or Janea (or Kat if Yvan and Janea are not available).
