Use the Item, Desc., and UPC Number field to further search for the item. You can also use the [F4] function on these fields.
**For items we do not currently sell, change the 'hide inactive' from Y to N (you will only see active items when flag is Y)
Select the item then hit [↵Enter]
Select the item and hit enter two times to view the full item details.

Bags & luggage will always be in 006
Accessories will always be in 001
Parts (items beginning with P) will always be in 001 (you will also be in co # 90)

UPC#
UPC # of bag listed on hangtags.
Inline List Status

This shows the status of the product.
Active: bag is a current SKU, we have ETA's for more, item is available for purchase by all
Bullpen: Item is no longer available, and we have not determined when more will be ordered. The item is not discontinued yet; however, we don't intend to order more without cause
Discontinued: item will no longer be ordered and is not available for purchase at all.
Inventory Status

On Hand: the full amount of pieces we have in the warehouse.
Committed: all orders that this item has been allocated to.
Available: the remaining quantity available for purchase by all.
Backorder: the quantity awaiting allocation.

From the main item screen, you can see the case pack and the weight of the item
M/I Pck (Master Carton Inner Pack): this tell you how many pieces are in a box. If this show 1 of 1 you can see the master carton dimensions in [↑SHIFT]+[F9]. If this shows 1 of 2, you will use the inner carton dimensions in [↑SHIFT]+[F9], if there is none, you will use the actual piece dimensions.

press [F9] from Item Inquiry page. This will show all orders this item is allocated to (yellow-item is in pick, white-order is not batched yet)
From where the red arrow is pointing change C to B to see all backorders for this item.

press [F6] from Item Inquiry page. This will show all orders that have shipped this item; you can search further by customer number or start from date.

press [↑SHIFT]+[F7] from Item Inquiry page. This will show the ETA on inventory into WHSE 006, and how many arriving and qty that will allocate to backorder, and the qty that will remain available.

Item Dimensions: items that are 1 per box will only show a master carton measurement only, items with multiple pieces per box will show the master & inner carton dimensions.
Item Comments: this is an editable field for us, as we learn parts for bags that are not listed in complimentary items, we can input them here to keep the team in the loop. Input details into the BLACK color* * (usually P parts are listed here, P parts are only available in WHSE 001)

Solo - class 7: wholesale; suggested price: Retail cost (in parent for Solo)
Briggs - Class 1: wholesale, suggested price: retail cost
