For items not ordered on our website, please visit our Store Locator, where you can locate a retailer near you that offers monogramming services. Please note, store policies vary and there may be a nominal fee for the bag to be monogrammed if the bag was not purchased at that particular retailer.

During the peak holiday season, please allow up to 7 extra days for processing of monogram orders. Currently please allow 1 extra day for processing of monogram orders.
Please note if your order includes product with personalization, the entire order will ship once the monogram production is complete.
If a customer purchased an item from our online store and forgot to add the monogram, we can add it if the order is in OPEN. If it is in PICK or SHIPPED, we can do a no-charge order for the patch separately. Use account # 0889728, CO 01 in Loc 001 to create the order. Always remember to do [F8] to add the initials after you add the item, or it will send a blank patch.

Replacement instructions for @work, Baseline, HTA, and Torq.
1) Use a #00 or #0 Philips head screwdriver to remove both screws from the monogramming plate.
2) Remove the existing leather patch from the enclosure.
3) Replace with your newly monogrammed patch, replace the screws and complete the process.
Replacement instructions for Sympatico.
1) On the interior running along the bottom of the lid, you will see a reverse zipper. The slider is tucked in the corner.
2) Unzip the lining. You will see two black pieces of felt covering the screw heads.
3) Unscrew both screws with a #00 or #0 Philips head screwdriver.
4) Remove the existing leather patch from the enclosure.
5) Replace with your newly monogrammed patch. Reinstall in reverse order from above.
