Get the order number from the customer.
check the status of the order and follow the procedures below.
Edit the order address in AS400.
Follow the steps on Address Change here.
The address on the order(s) that is on "Pick" status can only be changed within 3 hours after they were sent to the warehouse.
If the order is within the timeframe, send an email to the warehouse to request that the address be changed.
For order assigned to STG send a request on this link.
Once the warehouse confirms that the changes have been made update the order address in AS400.

Any address correction on an order that is on "Shipped" status goes directly to FedEx.
