When you have a consumer that has already placed an order with a MONOGRAM on it and it’s already in a pick status… We can no longer remove the monogram from the order. Asking STG to pull back the order and take off the monogramming to speed up the order will only slow it down considerably and cause much confusion. However, you can send an e-mail to STG asking them to please mark the order hot ( see the below area in yellow on how the e-mail should be marked etc.) OR the customer can upgrade the order to expedited shipping.
If the customer must have the bags in a super hurry ; they then have the option to upgrade to expedited shipping . The customer can pay the expedited fee through the credit card link.
Once the customer has paid for the upgrade in shipping , let STG know ( again see the yellow highlighted area below) and ask them to update the order .
Once that is done, then you MUST update the shipping in the AS400.
If you do have a monogram order in which the customer would like to upgrade the shipping or you want to ask STG to mark it HOT… Please follow the below

The subject line must read : Monogram and then the AS400 number ( please do not refer to the Shopify number when working with STG as this number does not mean anything to them )
If the customer wants to delete the entire order as a whole, that is a different story, that is a true cancel and the above does not apply.
The shipping method on the order(s) cannot be changed.
If the order is on "Open" status, let the customer know that the order can be canceled and they can place a new one with expedited shipping.
You can try and reach out to Janea if expedited shipping is possible on an order. Provide her with the order number so she can determine if it's possible. She will create a separate order to charge the customer for the extra cost of shipping if it's possible.
You can reach out to the warehouse to expedite the processing of orders. Send them an email via side conversation, provide the order number, and request the order to be "Hot".
Monogrammed orders usually only take about 2–3 days during slow times.
If order is open status change the shipping method to their preferred expedited shipping.
