Get the RA number and photos of the area that was ‘not’ repaired, and check the RA in AS400 for what needed to be fixed or any notes that Yvan or another repair person may have left about the repair. (Check both F5 and F8 notes.)
If the issue was something not covered under warranty, we can let the customer know, or if the area is still functional and no repairs are needed. Send the macro "Not happy with repair :: (Briggs) Normal wear and tear response".
If it's covered under warranty and it's something simple we missed, like a zipper pull, we can get the part number and ship it to them if they can do the repair.
If they can’t do the repair themselves, the repaired part got broken again, or it's something else, we can ask for photos if applicable and send a side conversation to Yvan at ybergeron@usluggage.com and refer to the ticket and RA #.
