Airline Discounts

The 20% discount is only applicable to airline workers with a valid employee ID.

ID has to be a photo ID with their name and expiration date.

If a customer presents us with a retiree ID from the airline, we can make a one-time accommodation.

Send them the macro "Airline::Discount Request" for people inquiring about the discount for airline employees.

Once they provide a copy of their ID send them the macro "Airline::Send Airline Promo Code".

Discount codes are found in a spreadsheet that you will get access to from Katherine Jordan.

Airline discounts are a one-time offer per person and are not renewed on a monthly/yearly basis.

A discount code can only be used one time on one order for up to 3 items. The customer will not be able to purchase 2 items for 1 order with the code and then place another order for the other item with the same code.

Before issuing a discount code, do a search [CTRL]+F on the person's name to see if we previously gave them any.

If an order is placed with a code and it’s canceled, we re-issue another code. Note this on the spreadsheet.

If a customer returns an order that had a discount, then we can re-issue another one. Note on the spreadsheet.

If customer already placed the order without the code, reach out to finance team via side conversation and cc Kat ask them to credit the 20% to the order in a form of refund.
