Thank you for contacting Briggs & Riley. We apologize for the issue that you are having with the compression plate. Please see the 2 below options to help address your inquiry.
1. You may return the bag for a full refund or a replacement. If you would like to return the bag for a refund or replacement please let me know and I will process a Return Authorization for you along with a prepaid shipping label so that you may return the bag to us. and we can proceed accordingly.
2. We will issue a Repair Authorization for you along with a prepaid shipping label so that you can send the bag into our Corporate Facility. Once the bag is repaired; we will ship it back to you.
