A. Costco Next has a curated assortment of Briggs & Riley collections and styles at a special cost-saving retail price exclusively for its members. They receive new products from time to time so you can check back.in the meantime if you are looking for a specific item that they do not carry you can purchase that item on our website.
Q? When will there be new products on Costco Next?
A. Costco Next usually gets new items in mid-Feb and July-August as launches arrive but from time to time throughout
the year new products can pop up.
Q. I saw a style on Costco Next a month ago, but now it is gone. Can I still get it.
A. That item may be temporarily sold out. I can check to see when it will be coming back in for you.
Q. I saw an item on sale last week on Costco Next. Will you still give me the sale price?
A. From time to time Costco Next offers a promo on a single Briggs & Riley style with extra special pricing on an item. It is usually a three to five day event and when it is gone, it is gone, so be sure to check your Costco Next marketing for promos.
Costco is an online store that sells select Briggs & Riley bags, mostly older models. We only handle the payment, refunding, shipping side of an order. There is a separate store for Costco orders in Shopify.
We do not control their inventory of B&R bags so we are not able to say when a bag will be in stock or if a specific product will ever be offered on the website. They will need to contact Costco regarding inventory queries.
