Module 7: Final Tech Leadership Project

Reflection: 

Completing the Future Ready Assessment for Harmony Public Schools – Houston South and West gave me the opportunity to reflect on how far our district has come in preparing students for 21st century learning. As both an educator and alum, I am proud of the strong foundation we have built through technology integration, data-driven instruction, and community partnerships. This process reminded me that being future ready is not about the tools alone but about creating meaningful learning experiences that empower students to think critically, collaborate, and lead in an ever-changing world.
