This assignment allowed me to compare technology leadership at my school with the CoSN Framework of Essential Skills for K–12 CTOs. I recognized strengths in leadership vision and communication, particularly in blended learning and data-driven instruction. However, the reflection also highlighted challenges in equity, as not all students have the same access to technology or reliable internet. This experience reminded me that true technology leadership means balancing innovation with fairness—ensuring every decision supports all learners, not just those with the most resources.
