Stocking

(SotSto/nSto) Stocking

A white marking that remains on legs only. At minimum Stocking covers the toes and can extend up to the shoulder on the forelegs or the knee on the back legs. Stocking has a smooth shape and can present mapping, as well as fur texture.

(nSto) Single Allele and Double Allele
There is no different between single or double allele carriers of Stocking. 

Variation:

Stocking can have slightly shaped edges, but should generally remain simple shaped and with a hard edge. 

• Stocking sits above other markings as a white mark.

• Stocking can be affected by Broken (en), as well as Belton, having holes around the size of the eye where the base color shows through.

• Stocking can show fur texture on furred areas.

• Stocking on each leg can be minimal or maximal and do not have to match.

• Stocking has to cover at least 1 leg and be identifiable unless covered by another white mark, and thus 'hidden'.
