Mealy

(MlMl/nMl) Mealy

A blended warm color in soft spots. Mealy can be lighter or darker than the base color and sits just above the base coat and underneath other markings. Mealy is warm colors like orange, brown, sepia, tan, etc picked from the natural color sliders. Mealy is similar to the marking found on Seal Bay horses.

(nMl) Single Allele and Double Allele
There is no different between single or double allele carriers of Mealy. 

Variation:

Mealy can have it's own nuance or a slight fade or transparency.

• Mealy sits on top of the coat but can be above or below Pangare, Fade. 

• Mealy can show a slight fur texture on furred areas.

• Mealy can use warm colors from the Natural Accents Slider as long as the color is natural to the coat and 'darker' or 'lighter' than the base color. 

• Mealy can optionally affect the belly, forelegs and part of the shoulder fur, but should be minimal. It can be present on the forelegs with pigeonlegs.

• Mealy must appear in at least 3 of the minimum/maximum locations, and may appear in all of the locations.
