Mask is a marking darkens around the eyes of the algolope, with Reversal it can be white or lighter than the coat.
(nMsk) Single Allele Mask
Single Allele Mask appears similar to a raccoon or tanuki mask, covering the eyes and part of the cheek.
(MskMsk) Dominant Mask
Dominant Mask covers most of the face of the algolope, it can extend to the ears. Mask sits underneath Dominant Hood but can be on top of Recessive Hood.
Edge:
Edges of Mask are Hard, Soft or Blurred.
Variation:
Mask can have mixed edges, where blending and hard edge are present, or it may be entirely soft edged or hard edged.
Mask can be freely layered with most markings but sits underneath dominant hood and White Markings.
Mask can affect the ears if it spreads to the base of the ear.
Mask can have fur texture on furred areas.
Mask can use colors from the Natural Accents Slider as long as the color is natural to the coat and 'darker' than the base color.
Nuance and Free markings can sit above mask.
Mask can have a similar color gradient, darker or lighter than the original color.
Mask can be overall lighter than the coat if affected by Reversal.
