Dusted adds small round/oval speckled spots to the hotspots range. Dusted spots should be very small and can cluster, mimicking a dusty surface. Dusted can be lighter or darker than the base coat.
Dusted has no range and instead can be placed based on 'hotspots', or locations it's commonly found. At least 1 hotspot must have visible Dusted on the design. Dusted spots should be very small and grainlike, and should not cluster to form blobs of color.
