Wau as a Malaysia Nation symbol suppose is a famous culture and element in Malaysia. Unfortunately, it is becoming the losing games and skills. Wau Center is being proposed with the intention to preserve local culture and contribute to the future projection of Kampong Bahru. It is a cultural hub that is necessary to local as well as Malaysia. The Wau Center is serving as an artisan landmark of Kampong Bahru and Kuala Lumpur City. It also able to encourage entrepreneurship growth to generate economic impact, as well as introduce and promote Malaysia nation symbol to the world effectively.

The proposal of transforming Jalan Raja Abdullah as urban street by considering connecting people through public space, which is placemaking for people rather than for vehicles at Kampung Bahru. It will be considered in the aspect of the potential of spatial visibility and connectivity, throughout Space syntax method.
