Design Pre-thesis 2 | Urbanism

My design is aim to in generating idea to create a new nodes of Kampung Baru by enhance image of kampung. The main intention is to bring back forgotten Malay traditional spa as a datum to alternative treatment to people. By enhancing and developing the functions of this, it helps to promote Malay identity culture to the world. Through urban design intervention combining the concept of open space which is creating urban green jungle gym, and community center will create diversified of program and activities that will generate strong interaction between the people of Kampong Bharu. Injecting commercial programmed will helps increase economy of Kampung Baru.
