Physical exercise, a valuable catalyst in terms of improving an individual's physical and mental health, has been put at a halt due to ongoing community quarantine measures brought by the COVID-19 pandemic. There lies a challenge of practicing regular exercise amidst ongoing quarantine measures and this hurdle may lead to a depletion in physical activity, a decrease in mental well-being, and an adoption to a sedentary lifestyle for many Filipinos. During a time such as in a pandemic wherein health must be prioritized, there is a lack of motivation for individuals to exercise, and this was the leading cause of inactivity based on a survey conducted by the researcher. A solution to this problem, according to an interview with Mark Reyes, head coach and owner of Underdog Fitness, is the introduction of enjoyable and familiar activities. An online campaign, therefore, that targets individuals in a work-from-home setup who are in the ages of 45-55 years old, is needed to encourage physical activity at home, educate the target audience about the importance of exercise, and demonstrate physical activities that the target audience can adopt in quarantine.

The visual campaign utilizes an already familiar activity which is the act of doing household chores. Encouragement is done by showing the caloric expenditures of different household chores to provide Positive Reinforcements (The Reinforcement Theory of Motivation). Other methods of encouragement also include making mundane household chores more enjoyable and associating various household activities to their exercise counterparts.
