A prize giving ceremony was organised on 19th September in LT2 to reward the winner and to acknowledge the good designs presented by other participants. The event was graced by the presence of the Pro-VC (Planning and Resources), Assoc Prof (Dr) Dinesh Surroop and the Dean of FoICDT, Assoc Prof (Dr) Maleika Heenaye-Mamode Khan. Our sponsor, Onix Co. Ltd. offered a commemorative shield to the winner and medals to all participants. Miss Ramchurun was also awarded a cash prize of Rs15,000 from the University of Mauritius.
