Our next IDEAA (Integrating Data, Enterprise Architecture, and Applications) iCoP meeting will be held Tuesday, August 10th, 2021 from 9:30-10:30am, online.  

Here is the agenda:

-- DegreeCat Project Updates (Santiago Fernandez-Gimenez, 15 min) - The team is evaluating vendors for Catalog and Curriculum Management while working through integration details for Degree Planning with Stellic, the chosen vendor. We will provide an update on integrating PeopleSoft and uAchieve data with Stellic and the processes and technologies being used.   Subscribe to the project status report by joining the DegreeCat status Google Group.

-- Enterprise Data & Analytics update (Justin Dale, 15 min) 

Justin will provide an update on the ongoing work being done within the UM Analytics Technology roadmap, including core upgrade work, new feature evaluation and the next-gen proof of concept with Oracle Cloud.  Ed Chavez will provide a follow-up demonstration from the June meeting on new features (Data Visualization and Machine Learning) included in the UM Analytics upgrade to Oracle Analytics Server (OAS).

-- OIT Integration Team updates (Tim Gagner / Dan Wagner, 10 min) - We will share a brief overview of the work intake process for requests received by the OIT Integration team.  A little about the fit/gap analysis of requested data vs. what is in the CDL, along with how we engage the data governance process. Review of recent additions to the API catalog.

-- EDMR Data Governance (Amy Schult, 10 min) - An overview of the data governance process will be shared as well as review of the available term glossaries that provide insight into governed definitions in enterprise reporting and integrations systems.
