-- FYI - Multibyte character issue (Brad Bostrom; 5 min) - Have you noticed oddball characters occasionally showing up in the postal codes you pull from admissions application data, or other data sources? Yeah, so have we. Brad will provide some context for this, as well as suggested next steps.
-- Provisioning/deprovisioning (Matt Nuttall; 15 min) - An update on the status of the University’s upcoming Access Management Program. Get an early update on how we’re going to approach provisioning and deprovisioning in the future.
-- Protected Health Information - it’s out there (Colby Reese, Rick Wagner, and Lori Ketola; 15-20 min) - PHI resides in a bunch of places around the U that we might not immediately think about, so it’s natural to ask what sort of data/system controls need to be in place, who does one reach out to for advice on compliance, and how does one even know if they're working with PHI in the first place? How do you maintain compliance at the level of web services, cloud vendors, and database management?
-- Perceptive Content? It’s actually an “Experience” (Elise Sorensen;10-15 min) - Perceptive Experience will be rolled out at the end of April. What is it, and how will it benefit you?
-- OIT Integration / Boomi Update (Mark Skweres, Matt Nuttall, Dan Wagner; 10-15 min) - Recent integrations, current projects, and new development.
