Our next IDEAA (Integrating Data, Enterprise Architecture, and Applications) iCoP meeting will be held Tuesday, February 11th, 2020, from 9:30am to 11:00am, in 402 Walter Library.
Here is the agenda:
-- OIT Integration Team and CDL updates (Tim Gagner and Dan Wagner, 20min) - Who is part of the OIT Integration team, and what do they do? An overview of the team and the products they offer, or intend to eventually offer. An update on the design of the Common Data Layer and a quick status of current projects and in-flight work. Time for Q&A.
-- EDMR updates - Data Governance & Tuition attribution project (Amy Schult, Jaime Wascalus; 20 min) - discussion of attributes about people definitions. A brief overview and update of tuition attribution project will be provided with an opportunity to discuss any specific tuition data needs for integrations.
-- The updated Gap Analysis process (Katrina Laube, Ray Phillips; 15-20 min) - UIS will demonstrate the new gap analysis tool referenced in our October IDEAA meeting. The tool is designed to help units at the University identify and manage any gaps to the recently revised Information Security Policy and associated Standards. Bring any/all questions you have!
