Our next IDEAA (Integrating Data, Enterprise Architecture, and Applications) meeting will be held Tuesday, February 18th, 2025 from 9:30 - 11:00 am, online.
Here is the agenda:
-- Legacy Data Warehouse Virtual Team (Jessica Velguth, 10 min) - The LDW Virtual Team will recap the vision, review initial survey results, and review next steps of the group. Bring any questions you might have.
-- The Enterprise Data Platform (Jeremiah Hackler and Bob Stewart, 10-20 min) - Will provide an update on the in-progress work for the data platform, and review a refined roadmap for the EDP and how that will impact the user community that utilizes the CDL and will utilize the data platform.
-- Data Cataloging (Jess McDonald, 5 min) - The University Data Projects (UDP) team will discuss the initial approach to prioritization and scope for cataloging activities.
-- IAM Updates (Katie Weber, 10 min) - IAM is replacing the university's current identity system. Learn more about the project scope and high-level milestones.
-- Introduction to Boomi (Tonu Mikk, 20-30 min) - Tonu Mikk from the Disability Resource Center shares his experience working with Boomi. The Introduction to Boomi talk covers common Boomi process recipes and steps such as making Common Good API requests, querying Common Data Layer with SQL and combining data when making multiple connections in a Boomi process.
