Concert Band Performance at North Kingston Christmas Fair

The Concert Band has been invited to perform at the North Kingston Christmas Fair from 10:30-11:30am on Saturday 3^rd December 2022 on Park Road KT2 6DB. Family and friends are invited to attend this event organised by the North Kingston traders’ association. I understand that the event will include a Christmas street market along with performances given by other musical groups, more information about which can be found here:

The performance will take place outside L’assaggino restaurant, 55 Park Road, Kingston, KT2 6DB. As the Concert Band will perform outdoors, in addition to school uniform pupils are encouraged to wear jumpers, coats, hats, scarves and (if practical) gloves. Pupils should also please bring with them their musical instrument and a folding music stand.

I understand that the organisers will kindly provide shelter and power, so please assume that the performance will go ahead even if the weather is unreliable. Nonetheless, students should please check their school email on the morning of the event in case, due to very wet weather, it is necessary to cancel the performance.

The timetable for the event is as follows:

10:20am Pupils meet outside L’assaggino restaurant, 55 Park Road, Kingston, KT2 6DB bringing with them their instrument and music stand.

10:30am Performance begins.

11:30am Performance ends, pupils may depart.
