GCSE Exams & Individual Music Lessons Timetabling Questionnaire

  • Year 11 GCSE pupils must complete this questionnaire to inform their music teacher of when they will be UNAVAILABLE to attend an individual music lesson due to a GCSE exam.

  • Individual music lessons for Year 11 pupils who do not complete this questionnaire will be scheduled as normal during the summer term.

  • If you make a mistake whilst completing this questionnaire, using the link provided you must complete and submit the form AGAIN please with the correct information. (Your incorrectly completed submission will be deleted).

  • Individual music lessons for Year 113 pupils who do not complete this questionnaire will be scheduled as normal during the summer term.
