Just Fairy's

Sharpie and Watercolors on Bristle paper
The main idea that guided my artwork was to not look at what I was drawing. I was supposed to look, study, and profile an object or person and then draw it without looking down, or picking up my pen off the paper. With this art, I was trying to figure out how to do this while still making the art look sort of realistic.
The work was made with a sharpie on bristle paper. I then used watercolors to paint over the sharpie lines.
The process for these pieces was to draw without looking, and then study those drawings and come up with an idea on what to make it into. To come up with the fairy Idea, I turned my paper upside down and noticed that my "hand" drawing, actually looked like legs. The legs were upside down so I made the person upside and concluded that only a fairy could float upside like that.
