Extended Blind Contour Drawing

The main idea that guided my work was turning the blind contour drawing of me, my hand, and my table mate into a new, interesting piece.

I made this piece using paper, a black pen, and a 2H pencil. The pencil was used to create the rough sketches of the forest that was created from the contour drawings. I used the pen for the contour drawings and the final drawing.

The processes I used in this piece were experimenting and revision. I experimented with the vines and flowers. I then revised those designs as well as the shape and arrangement of the trees.
