Intro to Me: Context

For our first assignment on the creativity media course for Film and TV production, we were tasked with creating a 1 minute video to introduce ourselves. This was a very personal project to begin with and was a natural starting point for the course as it allows our assessor to get more of an idea about my background and initial technical skills in the early stages of the course. This was, in my eyes, designed to be more of a personal investigation than a filmmaking masterpiece but going in I knew I wanted to use this opportunity to show why I am on this course and what I may be able to achieve going forward. 

My primary focus for this assignment was to use a mixture of videos, images and different sounds to tell my story in a truthful light. I wanted to use existing footage and some filmed for this in particular as it had to feel natural to be successful in my eyes. In terms of editing, I have had a little bit of experience using adobe Premiere Pro and wanted to lay down what I had already accomplished there by going all out with fast paced visuals and audio. In the simplist way, this was my project to show off who I am and who I will be.
