Any individual aged 16 years or more is eligible for a DBS Check. Therefore, anyone volunteering in the school aged 16 or older can get a DBS Check. The DBS application is funded by the school. However, if you have lived abroad within the last five years, you will need to fund an overseas police check for that period.
