ParentMail
Our parents use ParentMail to pay for all trips, wraparound care and other items. We are aiming for a cashless school.
Once your child starts with us we will send you a link to activate your account. If you have any problem please don't hesitate to contact the school office.
We use a third party company to enable us to communicate with parents and carers electronically via email and SMS text. The system we currently use is ParentmailX. The system allows:
Emails, letters and information to be sent home electronically, ensuring safe delivery and reducing paper usage and photocopy costs.
SMS Text messages to be sent quickly to a number of parents.
Payments online and permission for visits.
Forms, allowing us to request and collate permission and information for workshops, team events and parent help requests.
Parent Evening Manager, enabling parents to make appointments online.
Other facilities include an App which allows parents to notify school of a child’s absence.
To enable us to set up the communication system, we will supply ParentmailX with the following information: child’s name, class, year group, parent or carer name, mobile phone number and email address if held. This information is uploaded securely to the school’s ParentmailX account once your child is on roll. Parentmail will then send a link via text (if you have a smart phone) or email, inviting parents to register and set up a password protected personal account.
