Extra-Curricular Clubs – Spring Term 2025

We are very pleased to be able to offer a varied timetable of extra curricular clubs for the autumn term for year groups Reception-6 commencing week 13th January 2025. 

Please contact the club providers for details of the club, how to register and payment methods.  Club letters are on the school website as well as being sent via Parentmail.

• Multi sports (year Reception-4) Mondays 3.30-4.30pm

• Football (year 3-6) Tuesdays, 3.30-4.30pm

Please register by 6th January 2025, to allow sufficient time for your child’s name to be added to the register held in school.  If you apply after this date, please forward the club’s confirmation to the school office as evidence that they hold your contact details and any medical information, for safeguarding purposes.  This applies, even if you child has previously attended the club. 

Any children not on the register will be kept in the school office whilst parents are texted to ask for confirmation of attendance. 

You will be entitled to a one off refund of £20.00 per term, where an extra-curricular club overlaps with the Hive Club, regardless of the number of weeks the extra-curricular club is running or the number of clubs you sign up to.  This will be applied to the Hive invoice for the second half of term. 

If your child is not attending their after school club, can you please inform the school office (unless they have not been in school and we have already been informed of this absence).  It is really important that we are aware of your child’s whereabouts.

PLEASE CAN YOU PICK UP YOUR CHILD PROMPTLY AT THE END OF THE CLUB.  THE ORGANISERS OFTEN HAVE OTHER CLUBS TO GET TO.
