You will be entitled to a one off refund of £30.00 per term, where extra-curricular club sessions overlap with the Hive Club, regardless of the number of weeks the extra-curricular club is running or the number of clubs you sign up to.  This will be applied to the Hive invoice for the second half of term.

If your child is not attending their after school club, can you please inform the school office (unless they have not been in school and we have already been informed of this absence).  It is really important that we are aware of your child’s whereabouts.

PLEASE CAN YOU PICK UP YOUR CHILD PROMPTLY AT THE END OF THE CLUB.  THE ORGANISERS OFTEN HAVE OTHER CLUBS THEY HAVE TO GET TO.
