Seis: Using this worksheet here, translate each column to the opposite language. As students are translating, I roll a dice -- every time I roll the number 6, students change the way they write (non-dominant hand, one finger, no fingers, etc)

  1. Section 1 blanks for numbers 1-5: soy, son, sois, es, somos, eres, es, es, soy, es, son

  2. Section 2 blanks for numbers 12, 13, and 14: estoy, estás, está, estamos, estáis, está, estoy

Todos Toys: As a class, fill in the blanks in this powerpoint here with the correct form of either ser or estar. Afterwards, there was a five minute free-write for students to finish writing the story in 5-10 sentences.

Conjugating Practice: Using this story here, I circled verbs and students told me who the verb was referring to (aka, who is the verb conjugated for?)

Tarea: Both due tomorrow by the beginning of class
