Marijuana is a drug that has been seen in our world as early as 2727 BC in China. It was founded by a Chinese emperor named Shen Nung. It was used for medicinal oils and paint in the ancient times. As plenty of time passed by, it is now illegal in most countries and used inappropriately. Something that was used as a medicine and paint oils is now something that many people get arrested for, killed, and even raped for. Why did this plant get such a bad rep. What happened?
Marijuana has changed since 2727 BC. As soon as people began to lace the drug to give better highs, which could be deadly, that’s when the world began to have another look on marijuana. If you asked many people in our young generation what they think about marijuana, most of them would say that it is bad. But, many people need it to live or just to get rid of pain without addictive pills. The legalization of marijuana is a tricky idea. Even though the us is very close to legalizing it, there will be flaws in our system. Some major questions that many people will ask are, “why am I still arrested? Why did my son/daughter die because of it? Or even, why is it not legal?”
