Revolved Triangle Twister
Begin the sequence in star position. You are strong! All your muscles are engaged.
Squeeze the tummy muscles and bend at the hips for a wide legged forward fold.
Press the left hand on ground and reach the right hand high. Stretch open the muscles in the chest. Breathe.
Begin to "thread the needle" with the right hand. The right hand lowers, threading behind the left arm and reaching for the left ankle.
Twist and look out under the left armpit. Open the chest muscles here and breathe.
If your body wants more, you can stretch the left arm to the sky! This picture should be flipped . . . the left arm is in the air if you're going for this, right hand on left ankle.
Next the left hand "threads the needle" between the right arm and left leg.
Twist the torso to look out under the right arm pit. Rewind by going exactly backwards, then repeat the sequence on the opposite side! After the wide legged fold, press the right hand on ground and reach the left hand high.
