Raise the left arm and circle backwards. Keeping the hip points forward.

Stretch your wings while keeping hip points forward. It's a challenge but try not to move the lower body! Breathe deeply, maybe 3-5 breaths.

The arm continues to the starting position. Repeat the sequence on the other side.
