Dancer --> Stork --> Side Stretches

(1) Dancer Pose -- root one foot to the ground and bend the opposite leg. Grab onto the outside of the ankle and reach the belly button down. If you had headlights on your hip points, they'd shine on the ground. Try to keep your hips even. Push the ankle into your hand and extend.

(3) Crossing the leg and planting toes by the grounded foot. Stretch through both sides and then extend the arms over head for a final stretch.

(2) Stork Pose -- try to move from Dancer to Stork without a touch down! Squeeze the tummy tight and breath.

(4) Repeat this fun on the other side.
