Sunday, July 17th Sue Brack and Anne McClintock duked it out on Kingswood! What a day! What a game!! Close, close, close from the very beginning. Sue would win a hole... then Anne to tie. Anne would win and Sue the next to tie. The match continued that way the entire 18 holes. It finally came down to the last hole. Sue and Anne were tied going into the par 5 18th hole. Sue stood over her par putt and stroked it into the hole. That putt won the hole and the match. Congratulations Sue!
Sue said it was a very exciting game where every shot was so important. Anne made it even more exciting when she sank a long putt for a 2 to tie the match AND to become a new member of the 2 club. Congratulations Anne! Now it is your turn to start collecting those dollars.
Sue added that she really enjoyed playing with Anne. She has such a good game and is fun to be with.
So we are now down to the our two Finalists: Sue Brack and Wanda Barton.
The final match is scheduled for Friday, July 22, 7:42 am at Kingswood.
