Threshold

Thresholdを使うと、ParaView からx3d/STLで出力できます。

• 使用例：き裂進展方程式で、3次元領域の開口変位

savevtk("XXXX-"+i+".vtk", Th, [u1,u2,u3],pz, dataname="displacement phasefield");

1. ParaView で 3d データ作成

1. File -> Open : XXXX-..vtk​
   1. Apply​
2. Filter-> Alphabetical-> Cell Data to Point Data​
3. Filter-> Alphabetical-> Warp 3d
4. Filter-> Alphabetical-> Threshold
   1. scalar
   2. Min:0, Max:0.6 # 状況に合わせて
   3. Coloring : phasefield #
   4. Apply​
5. Export

2. Meshlab で変換

1. mesh 数の削減
   1. Filters -> Remeshing, Simplification and Reconstruction] -> Simplification: Quadric Edge Collapse Decimation

3. 表示

• Sketchfab へアップロード（Free：1 アップロード/月）
• xeogl で表示 （サーバがある場合）
