The Who performed "Won't Get Fooled Again" together with John Fogerty, Bruce Springsteen, Jeff Porcaro and others. Fogerty played rhythm.
The English group released the closing track of the Who's Next album as a single in the UK on June 25th, 1971. On the same week, Creedence Clearwater launched their first 45 rpm as a trio, "Sweet Hitch-Hiker".
