Glad All Over

Background

"Glad All Over" was performed by Joan Jett, John Mellencamp, John Fogerty, Billy Joel and others at Rock And Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony at Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in New York on March 10th, 2008. Fogerty handled vocals and guitar. 

The performance was released on Rock And Roll Hall of Fame Live 9-DVD in November next year. A footage from the rehearsals of "Glad All Over" was also uploaded onto Youtube. 

Written by Dave Clark and Mike Smith, the song was originally recorded by a British group Dave Clark Five. It was released as a 45 rpm single in the UK on November 15th, 1963 and reached #1 on the UK chart.
