Spiak

The Vulcan captain of the ill-fated USS Intrepid (NCC-1631), who died when his ship was destroyed with all hands aboard in 2268. (TOS: "The Immunity Syndrome").

Spiak was close friends with Captain Hama, and acted as one-time mentor to Lieutenant Commander T'Val.
