Personal History:

Colleen McMurphy is a Starfleet Nurse of Irish-Catholic descent, currently serving aboard the USS Bretagne. She was raised on Earth with 5 older brothers.

Nurse McMurphy's previous assignment was aboard the USS Entente, a Federation Class dreadnought. The Entente faced an extended period of hostilities along the Federation/Klingon Neutral Zone that Nurse McMurphy is unwilling to discuss to this day. As a result, she has a reputation aboard the Bretagne for being terse and "not particularly feminine."

Dr. Warrix promoted McMurphy to head trauma nurse soon after the Bretagne went into service. She is currently studying to become an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP).
